Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your BrrClub Recovery Robe. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. If your robe doesn't fit, reach out to us at support@brrclub.ca and we'll send the correct size at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will replace it immediately at no charge.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@brrclub.ca with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
