Shipping Policy

We ship all BrrClub orders from our fulfilment centre and aim to get your robe to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

International: 10–20 business days after dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please email us at support@brrclub.ca with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
